Are you looking to rekindle the passion, connection and love in your marriage or relationship? Day-to-day life and stressors can leave you with little time and energy to invest in your relationship leading to lack of intimacy, miscommunication, and conflict. Furthermore, we are often not taught relationship skills while growing up, so we can end up in relationships as adults with little information about what does and does not work in a relationship and why. If you and your partner wish to work through your relationship challenges, repair any damage done, strengthen your bond and/or fall back in love then therapy is for you, and I can help.
I work collaboratively with couples experiencing problems with physical and emotional intimacy, communication, connection, life transitions and challenges, infidelity, separation or divorce, finances, parenting, families and blended families, addiction, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder and violence.
As an experienced marriage and couple’s counselor using Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work, I can help you learn skills to understand each other better, build connection, explore concerns, improve communication, work through conflicts, increase trust and intimacy, and recognize, respect and appreciate your partner all in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space.
