Transgender and Gender Expansive Mental Health Specialty Services
Our specialty therapists provide gender and mental health counseling and specialty services for the trans community.
We help with developing and accomplishing individual gender transition plans, managing suicidal thoughts, working with family members, and providing assessments for HRT and gender affirming surgery.
Individual gender counseling
It should be easy to simply be and express who you are, but in today’s society this can be a complicated, painful, and sometimes traumatic experience. Engage is here to help with specialty counseling services for trans and gender expansive individuals to provide support in you being you.
Our services are 100% private and confidential.
Support for family members
Are you a family member who is struggling with figuring out how to make sense of, adjust to, and support a loved one with their gender identity? We are here for you, no matter what stage you are at, with all of the thoughts and feelings you may be struggling with, with all of the things you want to say or ask when you are not sure where or with whom you can safely speak. You’re not alone, we can help.
Help with insurance coverage
Have difficulty finding specialist counselors who accept your insurance? No problem.
Even if we are out-of-network with your insurance plan, we run a special program for trans and gender expansive individuals to arrange “single case agreements” (basically, an in-network insurance contract with your insurance company, just for you) to help you access in-network insurance coverage for our services.

We offer mental health assessments that are required for gender affirming surgery and will coordinate with your surgeon throughout the process.
